Adams, MA - Joan Parks, formally of Albany. She was a homemaker, and born in west Texas 99 years ago. She is survived by her daghters, Jo of Adams, Stephanie of Troy and Karen of Albany. Also survived by numerous other family members in the Capital District. Funeral service are private.
